Day 146 of university, day 5 on 100mg sertraline

So much for not drinking. Couldn't even go without smoking for two days. What is my problem?

I'm so done with all of this. I was ready to give up everything. I am ready to give up everything. But I don't want to hurt the people I love.

About Me

Social anxiety and depression are just a couple of the problems I have to deal with day to day. This is my way to work through them and come to terms with living - one day at a time.

I'm in the process of being diagnosed with mild ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and I'm learning that there are many things about myself that I probably can't change. Writing has always helped me express emotions and thoughts that I can't express verbally.

I have graduated from studing Geology with Physical Geography BSc, with a 2.1, It presented a lot of challenges, but I feel like I have learned a lot about myself in the process.

So here I am on a journey to becoming an independent adult and learning to accept myself for who I am.
